End Of Enternity is the new series being developed by tri-ace, the same company that brings us the Star Ocean series, it may be a 10 year long series, think another Final Fantasy-like game. After upgrading my CPU into a Core 2 Duo.. i finally decided to buy a brand new game for my PC.. It just happens that i got a copy of left 4 dead for the PC.. and wow!!! its a great game(not for chicken-wuss though), great graphics, great gameplay and its like playing a zombie move like the "of the Dead series". Ill give it a solid B+. So if yo met the requirements for the game, i advised you to grab a copy of it too:-)

Update:Ill change my personal score for this game, from B+ ill make it a solid A.Online mode is addicting as heck!

After watching the news, it makes me sooo maad that the ones that are elected by us, the people they swore to protect, will be the one that will cause us more suffering. The worst of it is that the so called Goverment officials are denying what they done, it doesnt make any sense that the victims will start the fight. ABS-CBN bags rights for local 'Twilight' remake

Filipino fans of Stephenie Meyer's "Twilight" series will soon have another reason to celebrate after broadcasting giant ABS-CBN bagged the exclusive rights to make a local television series based on the vampire novels.

Initial reports said ABS-CBN paid $1 million with co-producer Ignite Media for the rights to the Twilight series.

The new series, tentatively titled "Takipsilim", will reunite the onscreen tandem of Rayver Cruz and Shaina Magdayao.

Taping for the series will start February of next year. Some parts of the series will be shot abroad and the other locations include Tagaytay, Bukidnon and Baguio. The series will be directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina.

Movie Review:A Very Special Love

Oh my! This movie is far from great, its excellent! This movie features John Loyd Cruz as Miggy, a grouchy boss of a magazine business called the "Bachelor", and Sarah Geronimo as Laida, a cheerful new employee of the said business. It has all the typical cheesiness of Filipino Love story, but what set this apart from any movie Id seen(trust me, id watched so many pinoy love story movies before)is that the acting is so natural specially Sarah, her every actions seems so real, its like the role is tailored made for her. And lets not to forget John Loyd, in a guys point of view(thats me) he looks cool, his acting is great, the only actors I can think of that has the same level of acting are Piolo Pascual and Jericho Rosales. But anyways, for those who havent yet watch this movie, please, by all means, buy a copy of it in DVD or even in VCD, trust me, you will never ever regret it. Ill give this an A+..:-)

The movie is about a super-computer that can control any technology, and can see your every move,Its like Big Brother. the movie is a thriller and it delivers, from start to finish are full of fast pace action, once again Shia delivers in this one, he's becoming one great actor, the scene where he visits his brother's funeral was so heartbreaking, while watching the film, I cant help thinking to myself "he matured so much since Even Stevens", And by the way Michelle Monaghan is still hot!!! Ill give this movie an A-.. watch it, its great!!!!

A new Nintendo DS?Yups thats correct, the new design will feature 2 cameras that has 3 megapixels, 15% slimmer than the DSLite, bigger screens, more blinking lights, but wait... with no GBA slot but it has a SD card slot for storage because now you can play music, download contents from the Nintendo website, store pictures and many more.. dont know if it can play videos though but thats what homebrews are for..i want it so bad...drool...

Last night, me and my folks went to SM Mall of Asia, they told us(me and my sis) that they will buy us an Ipod Nano 4th Gen.. I said to myself "yeah right i hope so..", after a few hours of walking around the giant mall, we went to the Power Mac Store, thats the official retailer of Apple items, we went in, and to my suprise, they really bought us an Ipod Nano!!!! 1 for each of us, my sister chose the violet Ipod while i chose the blue one.. The Ipod looks great!!! it looks so better than the older versions of Nano, it looks sexy, it has great gimmiks like the shake control, the ability to go landscape mode when you tilt the Ipod sideways,games and so on.. the price of the Nano 4th gen is 8900 pesos, but you can get it cheaper online, last time I checked, a 2nd hand Nano cost around 6k.. better start saving guys!!!! its Nano-Chromatic!!!!

What Happens In Vegas is a typical Romantic-Comedy movie starring Ashton Kutcher(The 70's Show, Dude Wheres My Car) and Cameron Diaz(Charlies Angel,There Something About Mary).. The story begins when Jack(Ashton) met Joy(Cameron) in Vegas, they goes on a date with their friends, and because they got so drunk, they UNintentionally get married.. the following day, after they realize what happened, they planned to get a divorce, but while arguing whos dumping who, Jack won 3 Million dollars on a slot machine using Joys quarter.. because they are married, the 3 million dollars both belongs to them.The following scene shows that if Jack and Joys marriage is fake, the 3 million will be confiscated so Jack and Joy should pretend they really love each other to have the money or else, and the comedy starts from there.. Well honestly speaking, its not that funny, I had some few laughs(mainly because of Ashton Kutcher) but thats about it.. but dont get me wrong, the movie was good, it may not be that funny but it is sure entertaining. Ill give this movie a B-.:-)

Imagin the fun of playing Guitar Hero in your car, in your school and everywhere else. Just dont forget to use a good pair of headsets so you can fully appreciate the music. Final Fantasy VERSUS XIII

Another reason to get a job, buy an expensive HDTV(720p wont do ), get an expensive but oh so beautiful(in my eyes) PS3 and grab an original copy of Final Fantasy VERSUS 13.. whats the VERSUS for? well.. for those who dont know, there will be 3 Final Fantasy games that will have the number 13 in it.. Final Fantasy XIII for the PS3 and 360, Final Fantasy Agito XIII for the mobile phone and the PSP and lastly, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, out of the three, this game is the most im excited for, according to Wiki, the gameplay of Versus XIII resembles the game style of Kingdom Hearts(which by the way my fave game!). Not much has been revealed about the story of the game or when it will be released(hopefully by the time I have a great job).. So for now, screenshots and game trailers will do.. enjoy!

One heck of a great movie.. Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker was brilliant, even though the movies stars the Batman, it was the Joker that made this film an instant classic. The movie has a great story and has a great twist in end.. You must watch it, absolutely you wont regret it. Oh by the way, dont expect this film to be ala Spiderman or Iron Man, because this movie has little CGI on it, well I think thats how the director wanted it to be, for it to look realistic..Its a "A+" for me!

Hi guys! long time no post here in my beloved blog.. too busy doing nothing..ahehehe.. ok, on to the topic.. I have so many friends that are too skinny or too fat but doesnt do any exercises at all.. they always tell me that their too lazy to get up from their bed and go to the gym.. so i came up with this post!!! an easy to do guide/routine exercise to sculp those curveless body of yours(just kidding!) right in the comfort of your bedroom or living room.. good eh!? I know almost all of you dont have any weights but thats alright.. in this guide no weights are required, just the floor and yourself are what we need..ready? lets go!

Carlo's Home Exercise Routine

1.Press-up aka Pushups-theres a few variation of this,In the "full press up", the back and legs are straight and off the floor. Several variations are seen, besides the common press up. These include bringing the thumbs and index fingers of both hands together (a "diamond pressup") as well as having the elbows point towards the knees. These two variations are intended to put greater emphasis on the triceps rather than the shoulder and chest muscles. When both hands are unbalanced or on uneven surfaces, this exercise also works the body core. Raising the feet or hands onto elevated surfaces during the exercise emphasize the upper and lower pectorals, respectively.

I can do around 100 push ups everyday.. but for beginners like you, 50 reps everyday should be enough, if its too easy for you, then you should add more repetitions..

it develops the chest(do this to achieved ala Dingdong Dantes' chest),triceps and with ancillary benefits to the deltoids(shoulder), serratus anterior(under the armpits aka "palikpik", coracobrachialis and the midsection as a whole

2.Crunch-Proper starting form is lying face up on the floor with knees bent. Raise your head until your abs is stressed without raising your back from the floor. This is much more effective than the sit-up.Do around 40 reps of this per day, you could divide this into two sets.. example,first set,do 20 crunches, rest for 2 minutes then do another 20.This should be okay with beginners.Add reps if you got the hang of it.

It target the Abs

3.Air Squats- first, spread your legs as wide as your shoulder, put your hands behind your head.Slowly lower your self until your butt is parallel to the ground and raise yourself again.Do this until you cant take it anymore.I do this with a barbell on my shoulder whenever i go to the gym, but at home i just do the air squats because i don't have any barbells at home.

This targets the legs and the gluts also known as the butt

Thats all of the easy exercises I cant teach you for now, you should do this every other day or if you can, you could also do this everyday if you want.Good luck exercising guys!!!;p

INSTALLING A HUSBAND

Dear Tech Support,

Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a
distinct slow down in overall system performance — particularly in the
flower and jewelry applications, which operated flawlessly under
Boyfriend 5.0.

In addition, Husband 1.0 uninstalled many other valuable programs, such
as Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5 and then installed undesirable
programs such as NFL 5.0, NBA 3.0, and Golf Clubs 4.1.

Conversation 8.0 no longer runs, and Housecleaning 2.6 simply crashes
the system. I’ve tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to
no avail.

What can I do?

Dear Desperate:

First keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package,
while Husband 1.0 is an Operating System. Please enter the command: ‘I
Thought You Loved Me.exe’ and try to download Tears 6.2 and don’t forget
to install the Guilt 3.0 update.

If that application works as designed, Husband 1.0 should then
automatically run the applications Jewelry 2.0 and Flowers 3.5.

But remember, over use of the above application can cause
Husband 1.0 to default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0 or Beer
6.1. Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will download the Snoring
Loudly Beta.

Whatever you do, DO NOT install Mother-in-law 1.0 (it runs a
virus in the background that will eventually seize control of all your
system resources).

Also, do not attempt to reinstall the Boyfriend 5.0 program.
These are unsupported applications and will crash Husband 1.0.

In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have
limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly. You might
consider buying additional software to improve memory and performance.
We recommend Food 3.0 and Hot Lingerie 7.7.

I love reading Mags, the contents are real informative and besides that, the cover girls a real looker. For me mags are better than some books,why? because a book is dull and boring and lacks the beautiful front covers the mags has..ahehe.. my favorite mags are the following:

FHM-the first mag i ever bought in my life, i think I was in 2nd year HS when I first saw an FHM plus the cover girl was Angel Locsin, that issue is the first time Angel pose for a Mens Magazine, who can say not to a mag that featured her..right?

T3 Mag-my source of news,updates,etc about techie stuff. Plus its like FHM but better because it contains more information and review about the latest gadgets..

GADGETS Magazine-as the name implies, my another source of info about the world of gadgets

UNO-I dont love this mag as much that i love FHM or any of the other mags that I have, but its a great alternate if FHM features a not-so-good cover girl.

THE remains of a woman have been found sitting in front of her TV - 42 years after she was reported missing. Hedviga Golik, who was born in 1924, had apparently made herself a cup of tea before sitting in her favourite armchair in front of her black and white television. Croatian police said she was last seen by neighbours in 1966,when she would have been 42 years old. Her neighbours thought she had moved out of her flat in the capital, Zagreb.

But she was found by police and bailiffs who had broken in to help the authorities establish who owned the flat.

A police spokesman said: "So far, we have no idea how it is possible that someone officially reported missing so long ago was not found before in the same apartment she used to live in.

"When officers went there, they said it was like stepping into a place frozen in time.

"The cup she had been drinking tea from was still on a table next to the chair she had been sitting in and the house was full of things no one had seen for decades. Nothing had been disturbed for decades, even though there were more than a few cobwebs in there."

The handset is available in three colours – the generic wine-on-black, 3’s exclusive lime-on-white and T-mobile’s blue-on-black. Our review handset happened to be the wine-on-black and very fetching it was. The ‘wine’ refers to the coloured strip that highlights the main control bar above the keypad. The contrasts in colours work really well, although we did find the buttons to be a touch on the fiddly side, particularly the numeric keys. Loyal Sony Ericsson fans may scourge the lack of back button that has become such a mainstay on recent handsets, but the right soft key usually gives you that option, and a quick press of the call end button will return you to the idle screen.

Sony Ericsson K660i - Web-savvy

The manufacturer tells us that the handset will appeal to a younger generation obsessed with social networking sites such as Facebook and MySpace. And to cater for these web-savvy consumers, Sony Ericsson has included a number of key features. The web can be surfed either in portrait or landscape, to gain the best experience, landscape is preferential.

When surfing the net the more observant of you may notice that keys 3, 6, 9 and # become illuminated. This is to indicate that they also double up as internet shortcut keys. A quick press of the ‘3’ button will allow you to input text for a Google search, while ‘6’ will bookmark any websites you may frequent. If at anytime during your surf you were wanting to return to the homepage, simply hit the ‘9’ key, and the ‘#’ key lets you pan and zoom web content, which proved particularly useful when we were wanting a closer inspection of a photo or pic. As a means of providing a PC-like experience on your mobile, the K660i has introduced a mouse pointer, which is controlled via the navigation pad. Sony Ericsson K660i - Headphones

There’s no 3.5mm jack port found on the device, so you will have to rely on the provided headphones. This can prove to be a frustrating experience as the leads are absurdly long and can easily get tangled up. However, Sony Ericsson has opted to place the port in the bottom of the handset as opposed to the side – something we have been championing the manufacturer to do for months – which proves to be far more convenient when the handset is in your pocket. The K660i also supports Bluetooth stereo (A2DP) if the wires do prove to be too much of a hindrance.

With a two-megapixel camera, the K660i’s camera abilities are fairly modest. As with the internet, it is also designed to be used horizontally. Although there are a number of shortcut routes through the numeric pad, these are not highlighted as they are with the internet. For this reason, it’s more likely that you will simply revert to changing the white balance or shoot mode through the menu screen rather than trying to identify the correct shortcut key. The lack of flash may cause some snappers to rethink purchasing the K660i.

Sony Ericsson K660i - The verdict

The Sony Ericsson K660i is a devilishly stylish handset that will appeal to the web generation who want a PC-like internet access without having to resort to a more bulky smartphone. Cynics may point to the lack of Wi-Fi as a fundamental oversight for an internet phone, but the mouse-style pointer and shortcut keys are great additions. Sony Ericsson has ensured that though the Cyber-shot range may have moved house, the K-series range looks to continue to produce capable handsets.

Im still having fun with my SE K550i(see review below) but its not too early to plan what cell will be replacing it in the near future,ahehehe.Maybe after a year or so, Im going to sell my current unit to replace it with a SE W610i.Why wait a year if I could have bought this in the first place instead of my K550i? Because I'm the type of buyer that NEVER buy a cell at its introductory price because mainly its pricey. So I have a habit of letting the price depreciate before buying it. But dont get me wrong, i L-O-V-E my k550i, but Im a techie person, i want to have as many gadgets as possible.

Sony Ericsson K550i Cyber-Shot Phone

First of all, this phone rocks!!! Got this last week after I sold my old Nokia 7610 on Tipidcp.com(the Philippines' version of eBay).The design is good specially the back area, it looks so elegant for me..The features are good, it has a 2-megapixel camera with a autofocus and also has a built in flash, a Mp3 player, a video player, EDGE,Internet Browser and so on.. for a mid-range entry from Sony Ericson, it looks and performs real good! The only set-back for me is the position of the earphone slot, it is on the side of the phone, so sometimes its hard to put the phone in my pocket specially when im wearing slim-fit jeans but besides that, its all ok!

Nintendo DS Lite

My best buddy when im away or when im bored in class.. This portable game console has tons of great games that are fun to play.. Because of its touch screen feature, it manage to deliver a whole new style of gameplay that old gaming consoles doesnt have.. Compared to the PSP, the DS Lite is cheaper and much more portable..the only advantage of the PSP over the DSLite is that is has more features and has better graphics. But for me, a good gameplay is better than good graphics..

"Get Out Of The Car!"

(This is supposedly a true account recorded in the Police Log of Sarasota, Florida.)

An elderly Florida lady did her shopping and, upon returning to her car, found four males in the act of leaving with her vehicle.

She dropped her shopping bags and drew her handgun, proceeding to scream at the top of her lungs, "I have a gun, and I know how to use it! Get out of the car!"

The four men didn't wait for a second threat. They got out and ran like mad.

The lady, somewhat shaken, then proceeded to load her shopping bags into the back of the car and got into the driver's seat. She was so shaken that she could not get her key into the ignition.

She tried and tried, and then she realized why. It was for the same reason that she had wondered why there was a football, a Frisbee and two 12-packs of beer in the front seat.

A few minutes later, she found her own car parked four or five spaces further down.

She loaded her bags into the car and drove to the police station to report her mistake.

The sergeant to whom she told the story couldn't stop laughing.

He pointed to the end of the counter, where four pale man were reporting a car jacking by a mad, elderly woman described as white, less than five feet tall, glasses, curly white hair, and carrying a large handgun.

No charges were filed.

Have you heard the latest doomsday scenario? In thirty years, the internet will stop working!

In 2038, exactly 30 years from now, a bug in Unix will cause all computers running a Unix-based OS to crash. The biggest problem is that most internet servers run Unix, so a majority of websites will be down. "The 2038 bug", as it is called, is a problem with how the system processes time, similar to the y2k bug. Unix systems will show the time as a negative number because they encode the time in a 32-bit format, counting seconds form midnight on January 1, 1970. That last number that will work in that format will be the time at 3:14 A.M. on January 19, 2038.

There has already been a big crash because of the bug: in May 2006, AOLServer web server software crashed. The problem came about because it was programmed so that database requests would not time out. However, instead of just setting timeout to 0, it set the timeout to 1 billion seconds in the future. One billion seconds (just over 31 years 251 days and 12 hours) after 21:27:28 on 12 May 2006 is after 2038, the system calculated the timeout date to be in the past, and crashed.

Before you panic, just remember that 2038 is 30 years in the future. A fix might come our way by then.

Well last night, my friend lend this DVD to me and he told me that this movie was good, So I trusted his word and watched. Starring Shia LaBeouf( Lewis of Even Steven) as Kale, a troubled kid because of the sudden death of his father. One time, Kale punched his French teacher thats why he was sentenced house arrest for 3 months, while being at home he discovered something odd about his neighbor and he thinks that his a serial killer.And thats where the movie starts getting interesting..Well for a suspense thriller, i didn't find the movie thrilling but it was entertaining though. It have some funny scenes and some heart warming moments(especially at the beginning of the movie). So overall I give this movie a B-.

Last January 2008, my family and I went to Sagada, a very far away province here in our country. After traveling for approximately 14 hours(oohh,my aching butt) we check in our hotel to take our well deserved rest. Tomorrow comes and we set off to visit the tourist spot there, first on our list is the so called Echo Valley. Its a place where you can hear your echo every time you scream or shout, but along the way there we decided to take a breather on a cemetery. While my parents are resting me and my cousin decided to take pictures, heres one example of our shot, nice eh? Honestly speaking, the cemetery should be a tourist spot also coz the place is so clean and quiet(well duh) compared to the ones in our city. Advantages of taking pictures on a cemetery is that first, no one will suddenly enter the picture, second you can do all kind of poses and no one will care.ahehehehe.. so thats all for now.
